When it feels tight, stretch out the ballon as far as you can, then tie the balloon securely. Then, squish the ball as much as you’d like and let your children have fun playing with it.

Colored rice is very easy to make and can be produced with children alongside helping you. It is non-toxic and allows you to use a variety of friendly tools such as glitter, papers, white rice, food coloring and vinegar. Place 1/2 cup  of rice into a bile and then add 5 drops of food coloring. Spread if flat into a backing sheet and then bake it at 200 for a maximum of 45 mins in order for it to try.
